The studio is located on the second floor and you will be given a key upon your arrival. There are ample street parking opportunities next to the apartment, and the studio is located in a quiet and safe residential area. Other things to note A Creative Legacy Behind These Walls This building carries a special piece of Kosovo’s creative history. Built in 2001, it was home to a well-known video and audio production studio until 2012. As the founder, I had the privilege of producing and editing music videos for some of the most iconic Albanian artists—Ghetto Gashi, Elvana Gjata, Ledri Vula, Capital T, Flori Mumajesi, Kaltrina Selimi, and many others. Music videos like I Trent, Te Dy, Vetes, Baby, Hajt end many more were brought to life right here. While the space has been thoughtfully renovated for comfort, we’ve preserved small pieces of its artistic past. The original kitchen on the first floor still stands, and on the third floor, the former sound booth—where countless hours of music and creativity flowed—now serves as a bathroom. So yes, you’ll be showering where hits were made. This is more than a place to stay—it's a space where creativity once echoed, and we’re happy to share it with guests from around the world.
