Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. 7 minutes to I-25 and 17 minutes to US-36. A slice of country right in the middle of everything. It has two bedrooms, and one bath. Our neighborhood is just over a mile from the Orchard Shopping Center, grocery stores, banks. Quiet living among horse properties with a stunning mountain view. Enjoy a full kitchen complete with gas range, dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator along with our whole house salt water filtration system. The space The alpacas love the attention, especially if you have treats for them 😀 (we can provide you with treats for them if you would like, just let us know when you book) Please reach out with any questions you may have. Please make sure to request the fire pit on one of the nights you stay, we will provide you with everything you need. Other things to note This home has its own entrance and is completely separate from our home. It does however have a small hallway with doors that are closed and locked on both ends. We like to call this home the “mother in law house” We have a guest house on the property as well. Update: We unfortunately do not have any eggs for our guests t this time.
