The Annex

Spacious detached annex. Has its own entrance and independent patio for privacy. Open plan Kitchen/ Living Room. Bathroom boasts a large Shower. Towels are provided. Close to town center, shops, train station and River Crouch. Other things to note: There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a sandwich toaster/grill. This is a KITCHENETTE, not a full working kitchen. Breakfast is provided in the way of Bread, Cereal, a choice of apple and orange juice, tea and coffee etc. The space Bedroom is large with a wardrobe and chest of draws, and dressing table, which has a hairdryer. The Living Room/Kitchen area also has plenty of space, with a 65" Colour TV and Wifi. There is also a reading lamp. There is a charging area for Mobile Phone / Laptop etc. Throughout the Annex there is underfloor heating and a extra fan heater if needed. Guest access You have access to the Bedroom, Living room, Kitchen and Bathroom areas, plus a outside seating area when weather is good. Other things to note If any special requirements, such as Allergies and if the need to use The Bed Settee instead of sharing, please inform us in advance.
