Our spacious two-bedroom house comfortably accommodates up to four guests, Nestled right in the heart of Southsea & offering easy access, makes it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway by the sea. The space Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay, whether you’re visiting for work or a relaxing break. The home features a bright open-plan living space with a modern kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge, perfect for spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, and there’s a Smart TV so you can relax and stream your favourite shows and movies. There are two spacious bedrooms, including a beautiful main bedroom with a vaulted ceiling that fills the room with natural light and a super king bed for a really comfortable night’s sleep. The second bedroom is a generous double with built-in storage, a dressing table and a full-length mirror. The property also includes a main bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a convenient ensuite with a walk-in shower. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to unwind, there’s also a cosy lounge area that’s perfect for reading, relaxing or playing board games. A utility space with a washing machine and an additional WC add extra convenience during your stay. With plenty of space and everything you need, it’s easy to settle in and feel right at home. Other things to note * Please be aware that this is a 4-story house, so guests will need to navigate stairs to access bedrooms and bathrooms. * On-street parking is available, but it is pay and display. * If you prefer the convenience of parking permits, we can arrange them for an additional fee of £5 per day, per car. * Please take note that the house features sash windows, so it's important to ensure children are supervised when the windows are open. * We are happy to provide travel cots and high chairs upon request; please let us know your requirements when booking.
