Mondo Verde is located in Surano (Lecce), a small town about 8 km from the Adriatic coast and 28 km from the Ionian coast. The new property, with a large garden, consists of four bedrooms and an apartment. Thelatter has two bedrooms (one double), a private bathroom with shower and garden view and a living room kitchen with a sofa bed that can be used for any two other guests. To make the structure unique will be the tranquility and relaxation for those who want to get away from the stress of every day, and the proximity to the most renowned clubs in Salento for those who want to have fun. The apartment has been meticulously furnished to ensure guests maximum comfort: the beds are made of wrought iron, equipped with wooden slatted nets and orthopedic mattresses; the cabinets are made of walnut or decapé wood; the bathroom is spacious, illuminated and ventilated. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. You can also park cars inside the property. Guest access The structure gives the possibility of access to all the countryside that surrounds the apartment, including outdoor play area for children and garden driveway behind. To park your car, you will have ample parking at the entrance of the B&B. Other things to note The base price of the entire apartment is considered for 2 people. Any guest additions will result in an increase of €10 per person. You can request a breakfast voucher, which can be used in a local bar (Sports Bar) directly on site.
