Spacious Retreat:4-Bedroom Home with Hot Tub/Sauna

Unwind and relax with friends and family in this peaceful modern home. Nestled in this Historic Dundalk Neighborhood where you can enjoy our many updated amenities. We've recently installed an outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna. There's ample space for everyone, including a newly renovated basement with a bathroom. Additionally, we've transformed the garage into an outdoor room complete with a fireplace and flat screen TV. The space This home is a Fully Detached Single Family Home, with large front and back yard. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home, even the newly renovated outdoor room !!!! Other things to note STRICT NO PARTIES - This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We are happy to host family's in our home but no parties are allowed. This includes no loud music (especially outside) I know this may seem redundant to mention but we have had violations recently that lead to complaints from the neighbors and I want to make sure your stay is not interrupted. Outside Motion Cameras - 1 in front and 1 in back. The cameras are only activated when there is a noise complaint to assess the situation or if motion is detected when the home is supposed to be vacant. Outdoor firepit - Gas Firepit available for outdoor use. Please make sure to turn off after use and cover. Hot Tub - No Horseplay, running or diving. Children under 5 are not allowed in the Hot Tub. No glass in Hot tub. Do not run the bubbles in Hot Tub if the water level is under the jets.
