Blue Bay House w/Hot Tub and Community Pool

Soak in hot tub next to the fire pit. Take dip in neighborhood pool or head to the beach. You are sure to enjoy your stay in Rockport. 5 minutes from boat launch. 15 minutes from Rockport Beach and 30 minutes from Port Aransas Beach. **** Airbnb is misleading guests house is 15 min walk from beach. It is not. To get to the water, you must drive. There is no water access from the house. I can’t get Airbnb to correct this. Please do not book if you are expecting to walk to beach. ***** Guest access Access to entire house. Please note you must climb stairs to access house. Other things to note I use external Ring cameras (porch and spa area)... many hosts do. They are external; none are internal (cameras inside homes are a violation of Airbnb policy). I provide to guests wifi devices (iPhones and tablet) at my property so guests can see images from the external cameras. They are used for both guests and host security. Please take note of this before booking. I have had negative reviews citing camera and Google home speakers. Please refrain from staying at Blue Bay House if you do not like smart home products. They are a must for me and most of my guests appreciate them.
