The space This is a private single-family house in a lakeside community. 2000sqft of living area, 4bed/3bath, the house can host comfortably family gatherings and groups of up to 14 guests. Our house is perfect for summer and winter getaway with direct access to water for swimming, kayaking through a deck, beach, and kayak ramp. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, 5 min from highway 93, 4 minutes to Tanger Outlets with restaurants and shopping, Walmart and Market Basket for convenient groceries, many restaurants, and year-round attractions in the lake area. Work remotely with views of the lake. Office space with desk and swivel chair, two new HDMI monitors, wireless printer, strong WiFi distributed in and around the house with Nest mesh router.
