Sedona Retreat at the Hacienda

Welcome to Sedona Retreat at La Hacienda- a stylish home centrally located near Midwestern State University, the hospitals, and Sheppard's Airforce Base. Featuring comfortable accommodations in a vibrant setting, a full kitchen, and a relaxing living space, staying at Sedona Retreat at La Hacienda will leave you rested and ready for all that Wichita Falls has to offer. Pets are not allowed unless prearranged with hosts. No smoking. The space Enjoy a home away from home! You will have a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress plus a convertible couch that transitions to a full sized bed. The fully stocked kitchen features a fridge and an oven with cooktop. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Here are just a few additional rules: -If linens are soiled, stained, or bleached during your stay, you will be charged a $50 fee. If ruined, you will be expected to pay to replace it. -If anything is damaged in the property, you will be expected to pay for the items to be replaced. -Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given. If we find out that an animal has been on the property there is a $250 charge. We want to maintain a clean environment as well as not cause any future guests to have allergies. -Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking on the property, you will be fined $250. When smoking outside please dispose of the cigarette butts properly. - Any doors or closets that are locked are not to be tampered with. If there is evidence that they are opened, you will be fined. Only the owner has keys to these spaces. -No parties allowed. We have security cameras in place for your protection. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask.
