The space 🏠 The house is cozy, well ventilated and bright, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. 🦜🐦🌳🪴 It has an outdoor space and a beautiful jabuticaba tree, which attracts thrushes, tanagers, and parakeets, creating a peaceful and special atmosphere, with birdsong in the mornings — a small refuge in the middle of the city. 🔐The room is private, ensuring comfort and privacy, while the common areas are shared in a quiet and respectful manner. 🚘 We provide 1 parking space for guests upon prior request. 🐶🐶 We have two small, docile and sociable dogs that are part of the welcoming atmosphere of the house. They roam the common areas, except for the guest's room, and sleep indoors. ✨We always keep the rooms well maintained and organized to ensure comfort and well-being throughout the stay. The use of the laundry, backyard, living room, kitchen and bathrooms is permitted, always maintaining an organized and respectful environment.
