The space The private entry, two-bed, two-bath luxury vacation unit includes uniquely themed bedrooms embellished with vintage furniture and original art pieces retired from movie sets, fashion collections, and design installations. The unit also features a private enclosed outdoor patio and backyard with a gas grill, gas fire-pit, and vintage lounge furniture. The Unit: 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds 1 full bathroom 1 half bathroom (shower only) 1 powder room (no shower/tub) Full kitchen with high end appliances, including Gaggenau electric range top and SubZero refrigerator Living room with sofa bed 2 gas fireplaces Private patio and small backyard with gas fire-pit and gas grill Washer/dryer in-unit * Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and bath towels, and the kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, cups and glassware, a French press and complimentarily Illy brand coffee, and aromatic candles. The Annex: The Superlove experience continues in a detached annex—separate from the main house—where guests have access to seven dining room experiences, each with its own unique ambiance, a full-sized kitchen, three lounges, and an outdoor performance space and stage. The Annex is a collaborative space in which performance art, music, and culinary experimentation are possible. *Please note, the Annex is a separate and shared space--all guests staying on the property have access. The Hill: Knoll Hill offers panoramic views of the Vincent Thomas Bridge, the Port of Los Angeles, the Pacific Ocean, and the San Gabriel Mountains. It is the perfect vantage point for sunrise and sunset viewings, and bird and wildlife watching, and is home to mulberry, palm, eucalyptus, and willow trees.
