The city of York is under an hour away and the centre of Hull can be reached within 20 minutes. The space The photos tell the story - the entire house has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard, blending sublime character with contemporary design features and high-end appliances. The two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 people, with a king sized bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom (by prior arrangement, for longer stays of 28 nights or more, the 2 singles can potentially be combined to create a super-king bed) Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with private garden area to the front (with seating) and exclusive use of hard-standing area (including dedicated parking space) to the rear - please note that part of rear area is overlooked by the neighbour's kitchen window (though they have no right of way through the space and it is very quiet) Other things to note The property comes with the benefit of its own EV Charger point; a 7.2kW Rolec WallPod with 5m tethered cable - usage is subject to an extra charge (see House Rules section) and relies on guests being willing to access the rear parking area; it can be a bit tricky to get in and out of - but most drivers become confident with it after a bit of practice! Easy on-street parking options are available when usage of EV point is not required. WiFIi internet connection is fast and reliable with strong signal throughout the property . The vintage desk in the Living Room can easily be used as a dedicated work space. Please note that the dining area is part of the overall kitchen space (as opposed to a completely separate room) The property offers a (Graco) travel cot for guest use - this will require assembly and does not include bedding, but may prove a very useful addition for some guests!
