Kia Ora We enjoy sharing our large spacious family home with visitors to Auckland. We are in Grey Lynn - a fashionable inner city suburb. Near city beaches, supermarkets, cafes and walking/bike paths . Close to the bus. We have two bikes you can borrow. Your room is comfortable, private and sunny. There is a desk, plenty of storage. You are welcome to use the laundry and kitchen. We have a busy, friendly, open home. Shared meals if you want to join us and experience Kiwi life. The space Your bedroom is light bright and sunny with plenty of storage space. There is a desk to work from. Fast internet and an extra screen for you if you need it. Super comfortable queen bed. Lots of pillows to lounge around on. I am a keen gardener and have created a wild permaculture garden in the city. Help yourself to herbs. You are welcome to cook or join us for shared meals if that suits you. Come and enjoy the garden and if you want to learn about making Kombucha and worm farming am happy to teach you! Guest access You can relax in the downstairs lounge or out in the garden patio. The bathroom, laundry and kitchen are yours to use. You can store bikes in the garage. During your stay Kia Ora and Welcome to our home. Your room is quiet and secluded. Or if it suits you, our place is a great way to meet New Zealanders - with friends and family dropping in. Our home is a busy central hub. Please join in our Kiwi life if you want to. Other things to note We have many Working Holiday Visa people stay with us when they first arrive in NZ. We are happy to help with what you need to start living and working in New Zealand. If you are wanting to set up a van for your trip we have tools you can use. For cyclists - we have a garage to store your bikes. For Rugby, Cricket and Concert fans, we are walking distance to Eden Park. There are two sports bars near here to hang out in before the game. We have 2 other rooms available on AirBnB so there could easily be other guests here.
