Modern and quiet apartment with loggia

Since November 2022, we have been able to welcome you to our new, completely renovated apartment. Whether for vacation or as a business apartment - here is a quiet yet central place to relax and feel good. The space The apartment is 55 m² and hopefully has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The inviting SOUTH-LOGGIA with a seating area and a wide view over Marl will do its part. The apartment has a BEDROOM with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The windows there can be completely darkened. The large LIVING and DINING AREA is flooded with light through opposite and partly floor-to-ceiling windows and doors to the loggia and can thus also be optimally ventilated. There is a cozy sitting area whose sofa can also be folded into a guest bed with a lying area of 1.90 x 1.08 meters. If necessary, this room can also be darkened using roller shutters. Here is a 50-inch TV (UHD 4K, Smart TV, Fire TV experience). Of course, an Internet connection (LAN/WLAN) with 100 Mbit/s download and 10 Mbit/s upload is available. In the bedroom and in the living area there is a WORKPLACE with a desk. The DINING AREA is equipped with a dining table and 4 seats and offers direct views and access to the loggia. The directly adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. It has: a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a sink, a dishwasher, a coffee capsule machine, an espresso maker, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a fridge with separate freezer compartment. The cozy, light-flooded bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. In the storage room there is an ironing board with iron, a clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils. The apartment has a washing machine, which is located in the laundry room of the house. The PARKING for the apartment is located directly in the garage yard of the house. Guest access The apartment is accessible via a shared staircase and is located in the attic (5th floor) it is exclusively available to our guests.
