The space is conveniently located for outdoor activities, being close to an amusement park, supermarkets and may popular coffee shops and restaurants with scenic views of local attractions, such as Taal Lake. Its homey allure and picture-perfect views in a cool country air can give you the rest and relaxation you deserve. The space The plush, roomy space (23 x 23 square meters) consists of a living room, bedroom, a kitchen, and a balcony. These areas are lined with every amenity and feature, elevating the grandeur of your getaway. The kitchen is complete with necessary utensils, such as spoons, forks, plates, cups, and mugs. The unit offers access to a microwave, a 3.3 cubic ft. refrigerator, small oven toaster and a rice cooker. ****For safety and sanitation purposes, COOKING INSIDE THE UNIT HAS BEEN PROHIBITED; and only food reheating is allowed.*** The Cubby is WiFi-equipped. Its living room boasts a 50” UHDTV armed with an accessible Netflix subscription. Even more, a sofa bed suitable for two persons can be enjoyed. The bed area is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a reading nook with a scenic view of the countryside, delivering assured charges of inspiration. The bathroom has been generously supplied with a bidet and heater, assuring the cleanse and comfort of guests. Guest access On top of the prime accommodations, guests have access to recreational areas, some of which ask a small fee. If violated, additional cleaning fee will be imposed to remove specifically the strong disturbing smell. **No pets allowed **Damaged appliance, furniture, decorations and lost or stained towels/linens will be charge accordingly. **Please follow the rules and regulations of the property. Penalties imposed by the admin for non compliance will be charged to the renter who violated.
