Pet Policy: Accurate guest count is essential for Airbnb and insurance purposes. Please ensure that when you book the house, you enter the correct number of guests, including those staying overnight or visiting during the day. If you have any questions, feel free to message the host before booking. For instance, if one person plans to stay overnight and five people will visit during the day, the guest count is six. For dog stays shorter than 14 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $500 for one dog, and each additional dog incurs a $100 fee. A $750 charge will be applied for undisclosed pets, and a $35 fee will be assessed for each pet mess not cleaned up. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages during their stay. For stays longer than 14 days we will collect a 1,500 non-refudable pet deposit/per pet. **Service Animals**: Guests with licensed ADA service animals are required to provide answers to the following questions: 1. Is the animal needed due to a disability? 2. What task or work has the animal been trained to perform? Please also note the following guidelines: - Service animals cannot be left unattended at any time, even in a crate, and must accompany you throughout your stay. - The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the service animal, and additional fees may apply for damage or extra cleaning. - Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal may result in eviction without a refund. - Service animals must stay off furniture and counters unless necessary for the guest’s disability. - To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, service animals must be leashed, accompanied by proof of rabies vaccination, and all messes must be cleaned up promptly.
