Bedroom 2 (family room): Double bed with two single beds (1 is a pull out trundle bed). Bedroom 3: Double bed. There are an additional 2 bathrooms upstairs between the 3 bedrooms that aren’t en-suite - one with a roll top bath and one a large walk in shower. Other things to note Maximum of 12 guests of which there is a maximum of 8 adults. One of the bedrooms is a family room with a double bed and 2 singles beds and is best suited to a family.
