We believe our guests are inherently clean people who will not leave things in a mess. We simply request a few simple steps prior to checking out, such as taking out the trash, loading dirty dishes and running dishwasher, and stripping the bed linens and placing them in the Laundry room on the floor. That's it, and you get to save hundreds of dollars in return! PARKING Private parking in driveway can fit 3-4 vehicles, lots of street parking right in front of home as well SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT Walking Distance: To a neighbouring plaza which has Liquor/Cannabis store, Pharmacy, drop in medical clinic and many food options 5 Mins Drive: Downtown Kelowna 10-15 Mins Drive: To most golf courses, beaches, hikes and wineries - NO PARTIES - Zero tolerance for parties, registered guests can have a great time, but any sign of a party with non-guests or visitors on premise and you will be evicted without refund or notice, no exceptions! - NO SMOKING anywhere inside the house, the upstairs balcony & patio, the pool, pool deck, or hot tub. Smoking is only allowed in Back Yard. - VISITOR PRE-APPROVAL - Any visitors other than on the booking will require pre-approval prior to arrival. We have cameras on the exterior of the property and monitor who comes and goes. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE From time to time during your stay there may arrive crews to mow and perform general upkeep. We also have regular pool & hot tub maintenance to check the chemistry of the water and make adjustments as necessary. You may need to vacate the pool for no more than 30mins to allow the water chemicals to work. SECURITY NOTICE For the safety of our guests and our property, the exterior of the house has security cameras, including Driveway, Front, Sides, and sections of the backyard
