Served by its owners and located in a privileged sector of the Golf Chascomús Country Club, in front of the main square and with a direct view of the golf course, it offers a private, well-kept and quiet environment, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying Chascomús. The house is entirely on the ground floor and is rented completely, guaranteeing exclusive use and total privacy. It has: * 2 bedrooms ( one with a double bed and one with four beds: 2 bunk beds and 2 singles ) * Full bathroom * Integrated kitchen, dining room and living room * Private Quincho with grill * Private Swimming Pool * Covered garage, gallery and park that merges with the golf course * Heating and large ceiling fans in each of the rooms * Covered laundry room with automatic washing machine * Fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the house, TV, linen included * Baby accessories * All services, including pool maintenance, park and 24-hour private security.* * Access to sports and recreational areas within the neighborhood Additional information: Next to the property is a completely independent apartment, used by the landlord during the year and occasionally by me for work and family reasons when the house is rented. This situation does not affect the privacy, exclusive use, or enjoyment of the house by guests, who are my priority.
