You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located and cozy townhouse in a safe and green area. Patio with sun all afternoon and evening. A short walk to Slottskogen or Mariaplan with a wide range of cafés, bars & delicatessens. From there, a few more minutes down to Älvsborg Bridge and the water. Close to trams and buses. 15 minutes to the city. 15 minutes to the archipelago boats. Washing machine, clothes dryer, bathtub, shower, three toilets. The space On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV and Apple TV and a dining area with room for up to 8 people. Social, open floor plan between these rooms. From the dining area, there is an exit to the patio in the back where there are seating furniture, a barbecue and a trampoline. The stairs up from the hall lead to an open upper hall with a workplace. There is one bedroom with a double bed, 180 cm wide. In this room there is a balcony facing the garden at the back. Another bedroom is located on the same floor, with a single bed, 120 cm wide. There are also two 90 cm wide floor mattresses available. On this floor there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a guest toilet. In the attic, another staircase up, there is a spacious bedroom with a single bed of 120 cm and a separate toilet. There is also a separate room, but without a door in between, with a desk and plenty of room for a mattress on the floor. Opening skylights and visible ceiling beams. In the basement, you have access to a half-tiled laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying lines and dehumidifier. In the laundry room, there is also a bathtub with shower. On the front facing the street, there is morning sun and there is a small lawn, apple tree and a wooden staircase, perfect for having a cup of morning coffee on. The nearest tram stop is only 50m away and Marklandsgatan which is a hub for public transport is about 300m away. Approximately 300 meters to well-stocked grocery stores. In the nearby area, there are many nice restaurants and bars. We use digital lock to the front door and guests will receive their own code to unlock. We use automatic locking when closing the door. Guest access You have access to the basement laundry room with bathtub. Full access to all rooms on the first and second floors. Access to the sleeping area and toilet in the attic. You will have the accommodation to yourselves but we reserve certain private areas. Other things to note We rent out our own accommodation as private individuals and we appreciate that you are careful about the house's interior, etc. You are welcome to use all the equipment that is available as well as dry goods in the pantry, barbecue, trampoline and the toys that are in the wooden box on the outside. Our house is nearly a hundred years old, in some places it can be noticed by minor flaws and that the house is a little tilted.
