We have a NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric vehicles to fast charge at no additional cost. Just remember to bring your charging cable. This newer build has everything you need to feel right at home! Preparing a group dinner is a breeze in the roomy kitchen with stainless appliances. Pull up a seat to chat with the chef at the granite island. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water (this is important in Surfside because the water has a high mineral concentration, which can affect the taste). The open-concept living room beckons just beyond with a gray sectional couch and a big smart TV. Choose from Netflix or YouTube TV for a relaxing movie night. 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS Each of the three bedrooms has its own flat screen TV! The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed that is low-profile for easy access, and an attached bath with a shower detailed in luminous marble. This bathroom is also accessible to the living and dining area. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed + a twin-over-twin bunk set (sleeps 4). The other has a queen bed + a twin trundle daybed (sleeps 4).
