Located only a few miles from the Merritt Parkway, this home is centrally located around the best hotspots in southern CT. When you arrive you will be greeted by a 500ft long, scenic private driveway leading to the entrance of the home. The fully fenced and forested property is tucked between a golf course and a set of public walking trails called Oak Lane Golf Course & the Racebrook Tract. Both of these close recreational options can be a great source of relaxation and activity during your stay The space This is a shared space with my three dogs and I who live on the property in a closed off wing of the home. Guests have access to a large furnished outdoor patio in front and back of the home. There is also an organic outdoor garden to pick from and lots of natural flowers and wildlife surrounding you during your stay. Inside the home there is a large dining room, living room with propane fireplace and a full kitchen. The living room is equipped with multiple tv displays for a modern multi-media family room atmosphere. The kitchen area is complete with high end appliances all around including the washer/dryer. Dining room has a beautiful cherry wood double-winged table which can seat up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is furnished well, supplied with a pillow top mattress and fine bedding for a quality sleep experience during your days spent here. There is also a treadmill downstairs to satisfy those who choose to get a run in and break a sweat without leaving the property. A high school track is also available to run at just a few miles down the road. Guest access All the property except for where I stay. The door will be locked from the inside. During your stay I will be available to guests 24/7 to address all concerns. I respect the privacy of all guests and will not be interacting or noticed on the property unless I am needed or wanted. My end of the property is self contained with my own fridge & full bathroom. Other things to note The property has a small high-fenced area, specifically meant for dogs to be let out to do their business in. This area located in back and on the left side of the home is perfect for any size of dog to be unchained and free, rather than walked around for bathroom time. The larger front yard grass area is open access for all guests and their pets as well.
