The ideal place to slow down! Breakfast overlooking the valley to the sound of birds. The living room and balcony are for the common use of guests. We offer, separately, a menu with homemade food, or, with prior scheduling, relaxing massages and foot spa. We are at the foot of Pedra de Itaipava, with fully paved access. So, just arrive and feel at home! The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one en-suite and the two bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them, and are available for rent independently or for groups. Guests will have access to the living room, balcony, grassy side of the house and the house's grounds. There is an area with a barbecue grill, bathroom and swimming pool in the process of improvement, but fully available for use. Guest access The house has private uncovered parking, with access to the house via a staircase with a handrail. During your stay The house is inhabited by my mother and her partner in an outbuilding to the house. They will provide all the support for welcoming guests. Other things to note The kitchen is not freely accessible, as it is used to prepare breakfast and a possible demand for lunch and/or dinner (not included). However, a refrigerator and microwave will be available to guests. The barbecue area has just been renovated, we have a heated pool, a court and an eco-sauna. The use of the swimming pool is free, but the use of the barbecue must be arranged in person.
