Welcome to our beach home on Anastasia Island. It is located directly on the east side of the famous and historical A1A, the road that will take you to everything St. Augustine has to offer! Built in 2020, and is equipped with dual pane impact windows and amenities of a new contemporary build. From our front doorstep you can walk to the beach in minutes (0.39 mile). You can enjoy magical sunrises over the ocean and beautiful sunsets over the river. We have bikes and beach gear awaiting you. The space Our home is beautifully furnished with brand new quality furnishings. There is WIFI and high definition smart TVs in the living room, great room and all bedrooms for your streaming needs. We use Beautyrest mattresses and pillows (feather free bedding). The master bedroom has a king size bed with a remote controlled adjustable headrest. In each bedroom, you will find USB and power outlet lamps along with white noise machines to help you relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new cooking equipment and supplies (glassware, plates, silverware, pots and pans) ready for you to prepare delicious meals. There is also a Crockpot, blender, Keurig coffee maker, French Press and Chemex glass pour over coffee makers for your convenience. We are so excited to host your St. Augustine Beach vacation :) Guest access Complete access to the entire home, except locked supply and owner's closets. Including single car garage, where beach supplies, toys, baby/child care items and bikes are stored. **Please do NOT park vehicles in the garage.**
