Other things to note The Niche Bali maintains a strict noise policy and all guests must sign our policy on arrival. Below are our policy details: It is important to us that every guest's stay is a peaceful and enjoyable one. For this reason, we handle noise complaints in the following manner: Upon the first noise complaint, we will issue a first and final warning to the registered guest. If the noise fails to cease or another instance of noise disturbance occurs during your stay, our Duty Manager will assist in the cancelling of your reservation at The Niche Bali hotel and require immediate vacation of the hotel. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. The Swimming pool closes at 10pm daily. Any guest that attempts or enters the pool after 10pm will be immediately asked to leave the hotel with no refunds or negotiations entered into. As the registered guest of The Niche Bali and any other occupants within your room agree to adhere to the above conditions.
