Set squarely on 25 acres and surrounded by its own paradise park, the home sits across the green grass courtyard in front of a private 2-acre pond. While having out of town privacy and close proximity to the Kasilof River for drifting, kayaking and fishing, you are only 3 miles from amazing ocean beaches for beach combing, bonfires and more fishing. The space No fishing or swimming on premises. Property has futons in the loft for overflow sleeping. Guest access Renter must be 25 years of age, provide a copy of a valid government issued ID, give a credit card for a $500 security deposit HOLD only (not charged unless there is an issue), and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement.
