The second bedroom is also large, a queen sized bed, 2 closets and decorated in cool tones. The third bedroom is medium sized, a full/double bed, large closet and furnished with antiques. The bathroom upstairs has a pedestal sink, shower/tub and a washer and dryer behind closed doors that guests are welcomed to use. Downstairs houses a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. The eat in/dining room is quite large with a crystal chandelier over the table which seats eight. The countertops are concrete with plenty of cabinets. There is both a living room and family room separated by French doors— very inviting, warm and decorated with unique pieces; both rooms features TVs. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower with a concrete countertop and vanity. *There is double filtered water that comes out of the tap * Access to the whole entire house We are available to guests for any questions at anytime- via text or phone call :) We are local to Cheektowaga and are available to be on site if need be. Our home is truly centrally located! Minutes (right around the corner) from the airport and even closer to the NYS thruway (I 90). Downtown 10 minutes away….easy access to anywhere urban and/or sports oriented. Grand Island and Niagara Falls also 20 min away. Tap water is double filtered- bottled water not necessary!
