Perfect house for a relaxing break or exciting adventure! Enjoy the state parks that are located less than 2 miles away where you can launch kayaks, hike or fish! Relax back at the house in the cozy living room or screened in porch. Master bedroom has a king bed, attached bathroom and sliding door to access the porch. Spacious second bedroom offers another king bed with outdoor access. Enjoy gathering in the open-concept living area to socialize indoor or out! Garage and driveway for parking! We will have two 8ft kayaks available for you to use and 3 bicycles. Pets can enjoy the outdoors with our fenced in backyard. Washer and dryer are in the garage and free to use. There is no cable or local channels. This is a smart TV inside and on the lanai that is ran through apps such as Hulu, paramount, prime, Netflix. You will need your own logins. Guests will have full access to the house. This includes the driveway, garage, laundry, kitchen, dining area, living area, mater bedroom and bathroom, second bedroom and bathroom, all outdoor areas including screened in back porch and fenced in backyard. We will be just a phone call, text message or email away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist you in anyway we can! The house is located in a quiet residential area about 2 miles from historic downtown and 3 miles from Hunter Springs. We have 3 state parks within a mile and a half of the house. Crystal River Archeological State Park: offers a paved and informative trail Crystal River Preserve State Park: Hiking trails, kayak launch and numerous fishing spots Wildlife Refuge: Enjoy a scenic loop trail at the Churchhouse Hammock Trail The house is within a mile from Denny's and the Biscuit Barn with other restaurants close by. This is a smart tv that is ran through apps such as Hulu, paramount, prime, Netflix Landscape crew comes once a week on Fridays and will have access to the backyard through the side gate by the garage. For stays 1 month or longer, we will schedule a complimentary cleaning about half way through your stay.
