The Lodge with a Pool near Bath

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips especially with the indoor Swimming Pool and garden. We like to keep things simple and ensure your stay is enjoyable, calm and at your own pace - essentially an easy stay that keeps all in the family happy. Our Lodge is spacious, perfect for families has a Gym with a shower area, a fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge, Sky Q and WiFi. Upstairs we have an area in the main bedroom with an Xbox S (digital version) for the gamers! The space Modern, easy, comfortable and relaxing Guest access Access is through a private door and you have a garden area to enjoy. The Master bedroom is open plan and has direct access to the main bathroom, guests staying in rooms 2 and 3 would walk through this area to get to the bathroom. Rooms 2 and 3 are not open plan. Other things to note NO HEN OR STAG PARTIES!!! The Golf Sim is available at an extra cost and we can provide clubs if you need them (£100 for 24hrs with unlimited play for 6 players). We have a Pet dog on site so we don’t have visiting doggies at our lodge. He’s a German Shepherd and he wanders around the property estate and will probably try to make friends! He’s an outdoor dog and very friendly. Parking is free for up to two cars on site and it’s £20 per car thereafter. If you are religious and you cover please be aware that the windows of the pool face the driveway we cannot cover the windows. Please note it’s a home/house/lodge, not a 5* hotel, please know that we live opposite and want our property to be treated respectfully as you’d treat your own. We provide cleaning products if you are not satisfied with our cleaning standards (which are pretty good 👍🏼) . We’re honest and down to earth so as long as you’re ok with that then please book :-) An unattended heated Swimming Pool is available for use by guests. The Swimming Pool is provided for use by guests aged 15 and over and for children under this age supervised by a responsible adult over 18. In making use of these facilities, guests will be deemed to have accepted responsibility for their own safety and other users of these facilities. The owner, Mr Leonard Grahame Wright, provides and maintains appropriate safety and other equipment. Mr Leonard Grahame Wright will not be liable for any loss or damage to guests’ property nor, except in the case of proven negligence for any personal injury or death which may arise from use of these facilities and the guests shall indemnify and keep indemnified Mr Leonard Grahame Wright against such costs or liability. Please do not use these facilities when under the influence of alcohol or drugs. SAFETY & HYGIENE If swimming caps are not worn please ensure long hair is tied back at all times. Please read the safety notices and adhere to them at all times. SECURITY ACCESS Access to the Swimming Pool is via the main lodge. Please keep the door locked when not in use. The facilities are not staffed. Accordingly the responsibility for ensuring the safety of yourself and other users of the facilities rests with you. Mr Leonard Grahame Wright is keen to ensure that the facilities are used safely and accordingly, has provided appropriate lifesaving equipment and instructions for use of equipment within the facilities. Only persons aged 15 and over or children under this age and supervised by a responsible adult over 18 are permitted to use the facilities.
