This is a listing for a PRIVATE ROOM (1 Queen, Twin+Trundle; max. 4 people) in a SHARED HOME ACCOMODATION! THE BATHROOM IS SHARED!! NO EXTRA CLEANING FEE!! (AirBnB Fee & Taxes apply.) You will have access to all the common spaces pictured, including Living/Lounge Area; Dining Area; Full Kitchen; Outdoor Seating/Fire Pit. The space @wickedwaystation is a Southern Vermont community lodging farmhouse serving Winter sports enthusiasts and Summer hikers, cyclists, paddlers. This is a lovely home, furnished "lodge style" for a genuine and comfortable mountain stay. Property is fitted with all you will need during your visit (and if we missed something, just let us know, we live a couple of houses down the road at our small farm @wundorwoven - many locals and also regular visitors from our Winter community already know us, this is our new small venture in the area, thank you for your interest/support!!) This is a place to make new likeminded friends, but it is ABSOLUTELY NOT a PARTY PLACE!! QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED at/from 10pm - low volume and calm demeanor enforced 24/7!!!! DO NOT COME TO PARTY, it just will not fly...!!! We have a full time resident at the house, plus we care deeply about our guests and small town neighborhood. There will be absolutely NO LOUD MUSIC, RUKUS, DISRESPECT, ETC. This is a place to FULLY ENJOY WINTER SPORTS AND RELAX in a communal atmosphere!!! WE (the owners) LIVE JUST A COUPLE OF HOUSES DOWN THE ROAD and will really not take any nonsense!!! FOOD and ALCOHOL limited to dining area and outdoor fire pit seating ONLY - ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD/ALCOHOL inside bedrooms or in lounge/sofas. As you will see on pictures, indoor areas are functional, practical and comfortable, BUT NOT FANCY - this is an old, cozy and solid Vermont farmhouse, please join us in that spirit!!! Thank you! Guest access In addition to your bedroom, you will have access to all the common spaces pictured, including Living/Lounge Area; Dining/Coffee Area; Full Kitchen; Outdoor Seating/Fire Pit. During your stay While we respect our guests' privacy, we actively monitor common areas of the home and are just naturally social/chatty people - guests should expect to see us coming and going throughout the day and evening, greeting and politely socializing; we certainly maintain a "presence" at the space. Other things to note AGAIN, this is a QUIET, SHARED SPACE - RESPECT and COURTESY to all guests enforced at all times - NOT A PARTY SPACE! (Please note there is NO WASHER/DRYER set available to guests at this time.) Please pardon appearance during renovations, especially on the entrance and outside areas.
