Important Information - **Security:** For your safety, a doorbell camera is located at the front entrance. - **Noise Monitoring:** This home is equipped with a Minut noise detection device. This privacy-compliant device monitors volume levels (not conversations) to prevent parties and ensure a peaceful environment. It also monitors temperature and motion to detect crowds. - **Amenities:** We provide a starter set of essentials, including fresh towels, linens, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), paper towels, and trash bags. Florida Climate & Insect Awareness: Florida is a tropical environment, which means encounters with insects-such as ants, palmetto bugs, or mosquitoes. This can happen even in clean, well-maintained homes. We take cleanliness seriously and use regular professional pest control on a monthly basis, but we can't guarantee a completely bug-free experience. This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit and ensure guests respect my wonderful neighbors. The “Minut device” monitors how loud it gets in and around the house, how many motions occur (crowd control), and the temperature for mold detection. This is not a recording device.
