We've taken care to provide all essentials, including towels, linens, and initial toiletries (except toothpaste), to make your stay effortless and enjoyable Guest access Our check-in process is smooth and convenient, featuring a self-check-in system. It is important to note the building is not manned 24 hours and no one will be meeting you on check-in. You will be sent an email to check-in to the property once the booking is processed (usually within 12-24 hours of you booking). Once you complete the check-in form, you will receive all necessary arrival information via an automated email two days before your stay. This email will include detailed instructions on how to access the main entrance using a code, and retrieving your key from a secure lockbox within the building. You will also receive access to our guest app, which will give you videos on how to find the property, key trouble shooting and FAQs. You will be able to communicate with us via a 24 hour emergency line and also a non-urgent chat in our guest app Other things to note Welcome to our self-catering Airbnb! We are a professional serviced apartment provider with over 30 years of experience in London. We have hosted more than 2,000 guests on Airbnb and thousands more outside of it. The apartment includes central heating for your comfort. During summer, a fan is provided, but there is no air conditioning. This building contains stairs and does not have a lift. Regular service cleans are not included, they can be arranged for an additional fee. We provide initial essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo, but further replenishment is up to you. To ensure a peaceful environment, house parties are not permitted, and we request that guests be considerate of each other. Bicycles and smoking are not allowed on the property. Our complimentary Wi-Fi is suitable for personal use, and we will assist promptly with any issues. However, we can not take any liability for professional use and any drop times which causes loss of earnings. Please note that we don't provide oil, milk, or toasters(due to the sensitivity of the smoke alarms). Check-in is after 3 pm. Early check-ins may incur charges and are subject to availability.
