The apartment is in the same building as two others. Four separate bedrooms, each with space for two guests. One bed is a double, the rest are singles, perfect for a family or small group. Feel free to book our floating sauna on the lake, 500 SEK per session. Enjoy the unique tranquility by the water! The space - Escape to a modern and spacious home on our horse farm. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the unique tranquility by the water! 👍 - Rent your own private boat – explore the beautiful Lake Bottensjön at your own pace. - Surrounded by nature – peaceful, scenic, and right by the lake. Perfect for relaxation, swimming, or fishing. - Spacious common areas – ideal for socializing, game nights, or simply relaxing on your private 40 m² terrace with stunning lake views. - Must-see: Tiveden National Park – just 20 minutes away by car. A must-visit for nature lovers, hikers, and adventurers. Tiveden is one of Sweden’s most popular national parks, known for its wild beauty and magical forests. Karlsborg Fortress – a historic landmark nearby offering guided tours and activities for all ages. - Additional information: 1) Cleaning is not included. We kindly ask that you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. A simple and clear cleaning checklist will be sent via Airbnb to make things easy to follow. All necessary cleaning equipment is available in the apartment. 2) Optional cleaning service. If you prefer not to clean yourself, professional cleaning can be booked for €200. If the house is left very unclean, the same fee may be charged via Airbnb to cover the cost. 3) Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. They can be rented for €15 per person. A blanket and pillow are provided for every guest. You only need to bring your own bed linen if you prefer not to rent. We look forward to welcoming you! :)
