Large and high-quality furnished apartment in a former farm/cow barn. Brand new 8x4 m pool as an indoor pool, heated all year round. Quiet hamlet with 100 inhabitants with great mountain views. 20 minutes from the Alpspitze. In summer, there are great ponds and mountain lakes nearby. Many hiking trails and bike tours are right outside the front door. Munich, Lake Constance, Zugspitze, Legoland and Ravensburger Spieleland are easily accessible as day trips. The space The apartment has one room and a large kitchen with couch plus 1 bathroom. Size is approximately 60 square metres. The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed with an extra topper we have (140x190cm).
