Cozy walkout Lower Level

Entire space: This is a fully furnished spacious lower level with its own private entrance and windows. It has its own kitchen with stove; own washer and dryer. The one-bedroom has an egress window. The second bedroom does not have a window but has closet space. Being a lower level you will hear some movement from upstairs but we generally try to be as quiet as possible. The space Large space - about $1400 sq ft, clean, comfortable. Guest access Entire space - private; not shared. Other things to note This is a lower level.
