Countryside Home Near Ganondagan Historic Site

FALL IS SHOWING OFF ITS BRILLIANT COLORS IN UPSTATE NY - Within 20 miles radius of all metro or country events/activities@ a reasonable price. Private quarters in a house on 10 acres with trails for hiking / walks, cross country skiing or snowshowing on site! Located southwest of Victor 4 mi from the village and both Interstates 490 and 90. Making it ideal for work & activities/events in Rochester or in the Finger Lakes (@CMAC-20 minutes). Birds and wildlife are abundant. The space This is the front half of the house - two story. Entrance/common area on main floor has the essentials for simple meal prep because it is as sustainable (no carbon footprint) as can be. OPTIONAL: glasses/ mugs, silverware and dinnerware instead. One, two, or all three bedrooms and full bathroom are on the 2nd floor and can be reserved individually or all three together. first bedroom has a queen size bed second bedroom has a queen size hide a bed and, The third bedroom which is offered at a premium price versus the other two has a queen size bed and two twin beds and a lounger. If ONLY one of the bedrooms is reserved, the bathroom may be shared. No contact with the host necessary; exclusive private guest quarters. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the space described above with no contact with host; the front entrance of the house is always unlocked unless locked by guest(s) at night or when on-premise. If you want the continental breakfast of bakery breads and condiments, those can be setup before your arrival; IF requested before noon day of arrival. During your stay Guest can reach the host via the app or by text/call because they are on premise. My thinking is that guests should be able to enjoy their stay without feeling obligated to visit with the host....but we're available as needed. Other things to note We live in the back half of the house with completely separate entrance/garage.
