This private apartment has been recently renovated. The space is light and bright with wonderful sash windows, high ceilings, mantle piece, polished floor boards and local views of New Town. There are just 2 apartments in this building. Both with separate access and individual privacy. A very stylish property that offers a very comfortable stay. The space This restored and renovated apartment retains all the features of the era with ceiling roses, fireplace (not operational) with mantle, sash windows and the most superb polished floorboards you will find. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has recently be beautifully renovated to add a touch of modern practicality without losing the overall charm of this wonderful apartment. There is a large TV with Internet access and Wi-Fi access to the NBN. There are also laundry facilities including washing machine and clothes dryer. Guest access 24 hour access is possible as the apartment is fitted with an Electronic Door Lock, so there are no keys to worry about. It is activated by placing your palm over the keypad to light up the numbers. Enter your unique PIN, press the unlock icon and turn the knob to enter. If you make a mistake just press the * or unlock icon and try again. There is off-street parking at the rear of the apartment and there is usually ample parking on the street. The rear parking is accessed via a driveway which is not suitable for low vehicles. Other things to note There is another apartment in this building. So you may see others in the rear car park and backyard area from time to time. The rear fire escape was built many years ago and is safe to use. Although it is climbable by children, so this apartment is not suitable for children to stay. Bedding There are 2 bedrooms, one with queen and one with double size bed. All linen and towels are provided. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room. Linen for the sofa bed is NOT provided unless requested prior to your stay. Registration Details PLN-19-647
