Kas Sinku - beautiful villa close to surfspots!

A lovely holiday home with a large terrace and a garden full of colorful flowers and palms. Ideally located for those who love the southern diving, snorkeling and surfing spots! The kitchen has everything you need. The living room has a cozy dining table and a sitting area with TV, with sliding doors connecting the inside with the outside. When you enter the terrace, you will be amazed by the spacious garden. Ideal to enjoy a book, the swimming pool or a nice drink under the gazebo. The space The master bedroom is very spacious, has a king size bed, mega size!!! television and sliding doors to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. Bath towels are provided. The second bedroom also offers a nice king size bed and the second bathroom is similar to the first. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and airconditioning. A third bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for 2 adults or 2 children is available. In the living room, you'll find a cozy sitting area with TV and dining table. The room can be cooled by the AC in the living room, but honestly, it is much nicer to let the cool tradewind blow through the house! The kitchen is big, spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is a lot of storage space here as well. Guest access You have full access to the property, with exception of the garage. Other things to note Included is the initial and final cleaning of the accommodation. We ask you to leave the house broom clean on your departure date, which includes clean dishes, trash taken out and floor swept clean. If a mid-stay cleaning is desired, we are happy to provide this. Bed linen and bath+beach towels are provided. Our office is open 6 days per week + manager on call 24/7 The resort 'Delfins' is located across the street. It's beautiful and offers a nice beach and several restaurants. However, be advised that a part of the resort is still under construction.
