30 sq. student's studio near metro "Rustaveli"; The space It just so happened that quite often in this place I have got Foreign students here. So I decided to give the name to this accommodation "student's flat". I am happy to meet good educated, hardworking young students or masters and try to help them in any need all the period of their stay in Tbilisi. This studio likes hotel-room place, conveniently located in the city center ( 5-10 min walk from metro station "Rustaveli") in the old house on 17 Giorgi Akhvlediani st. There is a total 30 sq. - 6*3.5 sq. room, 6*1 sq. entrance and 3.5 sq. minimized equipment bathroom. Windows overlook the street. The kitchenette is a a part of a room. Good infrastructure of the area - in walking distance - supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, "Rustaveli avenue, theaters, opera, museums, cinemas, green Vera park... Other things to note If you have an inclination for big time cooking, then might find the kitchen corner of the room a little tightest, but it's totally fine for simple dishes. There is no kitchen fan also. The studio is located in a busy street with restaurants and pubs. So it is noisy. (usually on weekends). There is double window here but maybe it will not be enough for high sensitive person?! (In my opinion this place is more suitable for young and adaptable guests). The apartment is on 3nd Floor, no elevator. After the shower the floor is wet but there is a floor cleaning spin mop cloth there. Occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are not often and unfortunately, beyond my control. I just do my best to inform guests in advance. The apartment is very clean and I hope my guests will keep it. Early check in and late check-out to be requested and maybe accorded if possible.
