This fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged through the resolution center upon booking. * Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: If you do need an early check-in or late check-out please let us know at booking or as soon as possible. There is a fee of $10 for every extra hour needed. *Early Check-In / Late Check-out Cut Off: If you need early check-in prior to 12 PM the day of your intended stay, you must also book the previous night. If you require check-out past 3 PM ET on the day of your intended departure day, you will need to pay the nightly rate for that day. * Extra Guest Fee: A $60 fee will be charged for each unregistered guest. * Rental Agreement: Guests will be electronically sent a rental agreement and pet addendum (if applicable) that must be signed no later than 24 hours prior to check-in. *Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
