Walk 10' to Naplavka, the most fashionable promenade along the river. Size 11x3,2 m. The whole ground floor has heated floor and can be heated up with A/C unit + fireplace. The space We offer you a beautiful new houseboat DANiELA in the area of ​​the Prague 5 Smichov marina. The houseboat offers a magical view of the river and Vysehrad Castle. The floor is heated for maximum comfort and habitability throughout the year, regardless of the current season. After entering the houseboat in the basement, you will find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a combined fridge and freezer, drip coffee maker, basic utensils for preparing lunch or dinner. You can enjoy your meal at the dining table with chairs or on the sofa bed. 2 people can sleep comfortably here. You can enjoy romantic moments by the wood-heated stove. The whole ground floor has heated floor. From the living area there is an entrance to the terrace with garden furniture. On the upper floor, where you climb the wooden staircase, there is a bedroom. It is connected with the second spacious terrace. After a day of sightseeing is ideal for chilling on the terrace with bottle of wine. When feeling sleepy You have it just few steps from the outside and being in bed. There are two double beds for 4 guests with enough comfort for sleeping. We provide one parking stand 40 (parking place with paking next to the wall or 100 metres from the houseboat (big parking spot with the barrier which is usually open). All our houseboats are heated so it is comfortable to stay there even in winter season. We provide bedlinen, towels and basic toileteries for free. The water is not drinkable in all houseboats. ■The terrace is safe to use for only 6 people or less.■ Please, be respectful to your neighbors, this place is not for party and loud music or voices.
