This fully furnished private downstairs apartment features its own entrance, patio, and driveway. The 1930s house was completely renovated between 2020-2022 by son and father and is located about 15 minutes from Lambert Airport and 15-20 minutes from downtown St. Louis (the arch, Bush Stadium, the zoo, etc) and only 5 minutes from UMSL. The apartment features full sized kitchen appliances, a queen-sized bed, desk, walk in shower, washer and dryer, and smart Roku TV ,WIFI, and much more! I love hosting and my guests! However, I completely respect your privacy and I want you to feel 100% comfortable during your stay. I've made many friends through Airbnb, but I totally understand the ease of just a simple self-check in procedure without the extra pleasantries. That being said, I'll be around if you need anything whether it is just tips on St. Louis, music, or your needs with something regarding the house. As always, good communication regarding your needs is always appreciated. Minutes from UMSL. Close to Amazon distribution center and airport. Not a lot of walkable restaurants, groceries, entertainment. However, the house is a 5 minute drive to St. Louis Metro rail which runs everywhere in St. Louis and the nearest bus stop is a 1 block walk. Parking at the house is enough for several cars parked tandem and is not shared with the upstairs. So, it can easily park a large car even with a trailer. While the neighborhood is fairly friendly to walk around, it is hilly. I do not recommend walking at night alone in St. Louis unless there are many other people around in the areas you are walking. The bus stop is 1 block away from the house and the metro rail is about a 5 minute drive from the house.
