We have a large sofa in the Livingroom that converts into a queen bed, as well as a chair and a half that comes out to a single bed and a California King bed in the bedroom. The living room and bedroom both have HDTVs and will have a Roku attached. Just log in with your account and you're all set to continue binging your favorite movies/shows. The kitchen has updated appliances and a breakfast bar. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The half-bath bathroom in the hallway works great for makeup as well as taking the pressure off the main bathroom if someone is showering. **********Ocean City, Maryland Beach Rules & Regulations********** - No alcoholic beverages or glass containers on the beach. - No bonfires without a written permit from the Fire Marshall’s office. - No skim boarding between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. - No surfing between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., unless in a designated area. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire condo. We have a keypad on the door and will send the code along with the parking space # and Wifi password between 1 pm-3 pm on your check-in day.
