No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony The provided key ring include one car park access wipe (if guest has a car), one fobe, and one house key. Lost of the key ring will cause extra costs for replacement. The actual costs will follow the sky garden management’s latest quotation and requirement. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held on this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. They are just living very close by and more than happy to help the their guests whenever they need assistance such as equipment/ facility use, social activities, travel advice, or emergency contact. Last but not least, our building gym or pool facilities availability sometimes will be reduced or interrupted based on the building management maintenance and safety requirements. In some cases they will be closed for part of the days during your stay. Please kindly understand it and if the maintenance is over 50% of your stay we would like to compensate $20 for each close day. Please accept it before your booking.
