The space Within a gated rural community with a 24-hour concierge and security, the house's grounds are located within an Environmental Protection Area and close to one of the avenues most frequented by cyclists in the city, due to the beauty of the surroundings and the quality of the track. Our region of Sousas (and we can include neighboring Joaquim Egídio) is known as the environmental and gastronomic district of the city of Campinas. There are excellent restaurants, as well as nature tours. It is possible to walk, ride a horse, bicycle, motorcycle or Jeep on trails permeated with woods, mountains and old houses from the golden age of coffee. And speaking of coffee: have you ever had freshly ground coffee? The house has a traditional manual coffee grinder, in which you can grind your coffee and enjoy it in its best aroma and flavor. For the first experiences, we leave complimentary coffee beans next to the grinder. Guest access Access to the house is via a cobblestone road within a larger plot of land (a rural property of more than 20,000 square meters). Our guests can make this journey by car and walking is free within our fenced terrain (approximately 2,000 square meters). Other things to note It is possible to work from home with a great internet connection and, at the same time, enjoy the silence that only rural space can offer. Such silence is only "interrupted" by the sounds of the most diverse birds, cicadas and cattle mooing, which graze on the farm next to our land.
