This family friendly 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is within walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, bowling and more. Resort style pool* with outdoor shower steps away. Features an open concept kitchen area. Flat screen tvs included in living room and 3 bedrooms. Any pets brought without permission will be subject to a $1000 charge. Neighborhood association rules require the person responsible for the booking to be 25 or older.
