Modern comfort awaits you in this solar-powered guest unit, featuring all new appliances and amenities. You'll be in a quiet, but centrally located historic Denver neighborhood. You’ll also enjoy being close to many of Denver’s biggest attractions, including City Park, RiNo, LoDo, the Zoo, Coors Field, Bronco Stadium, Mission Ballroom, Buell Theatre, etc. There is high speed internet for your work-from-home needs, blackout blinds for quality sleep, and a full kitchen for cooking. The space - Your space will be the basement level unit of a single family home (not ADA accessible), with a separate entrance and privacy from the rest of the house. Upon entering the unit, you will be greeted with a full kitchen and large living space. - The kitchen features an oversized countertop with seating for 4, as well as all new stainless steel appliances and an abundance of storage. - The main living space includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a 45” Roku TV. - Around the corner from the main living space you will find a spacious bedroom that includes a queen-size bed as well as a dedicated workspace. - All rooms are equipped with blackout blinds and built-in heaters for your comfort in the winter. The space is naturally cool in the hot summer days. Note that we do NOT have AC units, but there are two standing fans should you need. - At the end of the hallway is a full bathroom with modern fixtures. - Lastly, the unit features a laundry closet with a brand new and washer and dryer set for complimentary use. Guest access You will have complete, private access to this accessory dwelling unit located in the basement of the property and accessible through a private entrance at the back of the house. The unit is not ADA accessible. You are more than welcome to enjoy the back patio space, which is shared with the two of us living upstairs. Please note there is no central air conditioning (AC), although we do have multiple fans should you need - if this is of concern for you, please do not book. Other things to note The wooden entrance gate is by our garage - you will receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking. If you need luggage drop off, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan accordingly to accommodate you. Send us an inquiry if you have any other questions - we are happy to help! Should you need a bassinet for your baby, we have (1) a Maxi Cosi Iora Bedside Bassinet with sheets, weight limit 20 lb max, (2) Angelcare Baby Bath Support, and (3) stroller with infant insert for rent.
