No Cleaning Fees. Overlooking the Whangaroa Oyster Beds, you will find this 2 bedroom haven that will help you relax and re-charge. A two double bed home split over 2 levels with easy to climb stairs. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area opens out onto a beautiful covered decking area overlooking the oyster beds. A short distance to Whangaroa Harbour that has a nice pub and restaurant and Tauranga Beach is only a 10 minute drive away. We are also overlooking St. Pauls Rock. The space This modern spacious 2 double bedroomed home with a large bathroom upstairs is yours. The Downstairs has a modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, coffee percolator, Microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cooking utensils you will need. All you need to bring is your food as condiments are supplied. The outside Archgola covered area is a beautiful place to relax and unwind or slip into the 5 person spa or enjoy a bbq. You can eat at the outside table or inside at the dining room table. Sky TV is available including Sky Sports on the 42 inch TV. We also have a rowing machine, darts board, boxing bag. Or you can climb the St. Pauls Rock D.O.C. walkway as the view is unbeatable (only 5 minutes drive). Our driveway is fairly steep but an easy drive up to your parking area. The hosts will be on site in a separate annex with their own entrance, bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and shower. You will have exclusive use of the rest of the house and outdoor area as mentioned above. We will be here to help with any issues/questions. But you will be left to your own privacy if you prefer. We have a friendly Beagle named Dave who will surely love to say Hi Guest access We have an heat pump/air conditioner in the master bedroom and a 2nd unit within the lounge to ensure you can escape the heat and cool off. It also doubles as a heat pump during the winter months for your comfort. A fan is available for the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a table for your morning coffee/tea. The 5 person spa (hot-tub) is yours to use exclusively with a great view of the harbour. The covered outdoor area is also your to use exclusively. Other things to note The hosts do have a resident friendly Beagle named Dave who will come and say hello if you like dogs.
