Home is within walking distance to a major grocery store, Winn-Dixie, as well as a gas station. Less than 5 minutes from driveway to major highway (I-4), emergency/primary care centers, larger gas station (WaWa), and Movie Theater. Take a 10 minute drive further into the city with the family to enjoy the beautiful views and manicured greens at Dewey Booster Park. *Parking* Plenty of parking with the driveway holding up to 6 cars with an additional 2 spots on the grass by the front road. A trailer can be parked in this front grass space. The driveway does slope down a hill after the first 2 spaces so please keep that in mind when planning. please do NOT park in the garage. *Food/Gas* Major chain grocery store (Winn-Dixie) and gas station (Shell) literally around the corner, making it super convenient for store runs and forgotten items. 5 minutes away is a larger gas station(WaWa) that's 24 hours and also prepares food for the late-nite cravings. There are also 2 Walmart's roughly 15 minutes in either direction if you need a larger selection of items or prefer to save valuable baggage space when packing. *Access* The property is located just 5 minutes from the driveway to the I-4 on-ramp. Head east for 25 minutes and you'll be in Daytona Beach or head west to visit historic Sanford, budding Lake Mary, and eventually reaching City Walk or Downtown Orlando. The newly built toll-way will allow families and city-seekers to bypass the local traffic and reach the coveted Disney and Amway Center much faster. With so much to do and so many places to visit in Florida, this home is centrally located to it all making it the perfect place to make your "home away from home".
