Wonderful views of the sunset from the terrace/grill area. Close to restaurants with the best Peruvian cuisine dishes. Minimarkets near by where you can do grocery shopping for the days of your stay or they can even in some cases deliver to you. The house has WiFi. The space Make some great memories at this unique and lovely family-friendly Beach House. This lovely beach house is fully furnished, beautifully decorated and is new. Pool with increasing depth level, with waterfall and LED lights for night time. The house has 15 beds total in its 5 rooms, 1 guest bathroom on the 1st floor, and second bathroom on the 2nd floor. A very beautiful and functional kitchen. Game room on 3rd floor and 1 bathroom as well. A terrace for a wonderful view where you can also grill. Laundry area offers you sink, washer and dryer, and a rack for air dry. Guest access All the spaces of the house can be used by the guests. Except the closed room that is for exclusive use of the owners of the property. Other things to note Bed sheets/blankets are NOT provided. Also, bring your personal hygiene items: such as bathroom towels and pool/beach towels , soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and anything else you may need during your stay. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house. Keep in mind that Beach Houses works with Well Water that is not good for consumption, so please don't forget to bring your bottled or boxed water. At the end of your visit please leave house clean and organized. Check out time is firm, 4:00pm, no exceptions.
